a.Letz Reform currently operates at three locations: Pala, Kanjirappally, and Thodupuzha. Our service radius extends up to 20 kilometers around each location, ensuring that we efficiently cover and provide property care services to a wide area.

Every customer will have a dedicated account manager, available to answer any concerns/questions.
The service schedule will be provisionally booked at the point of customer on boarding. Any changes will be communicated well in advance.
The first point of contact will be the account manager. In the event the customer can't reach the account manager, they can call the customer service number.
Customers are always welcome to contact their account manager by email.
The cost depends on the size of the building and the add-on services you have opted for.

Our trained professionals ensure the safety of your belongings, and any damages are covered by insurance.
The personal information collected will be handled with utmost care and will not be shared with any third party.
We provide regular reports after each cleaning to keep you informed about the current condition of your property, including any potential issues you need to be aware of as the owner of the property. At the end of each service, Letz Reform provides a written report sent to the customer's email account.
Letz Reform takes utmost care during cleaning and maintenance. Our staff is fully trained, and all items will be handled professionally and carefully. In the event Letz Reform causes any damages to items on the property, we will inform the customer immediately. All damages will be covered under insurance.
We have technicians, both in-house and contracted, to provide maintenance and repairs.
At the end of each service, Letz Reform provides a written report and send photos to the customer's email account.
A cleaning register will be kept at the property. Once the cleaning is completed, the supervisor will sign the register to confirm the cleaning is done. The report of cleaning will be emailed to the customer.
In order to cancel an existing agreement, the customer has to provide 30 days' notice.
This depends on your property's needs. However, regular cleaning and maintenance, such as quarterly or bi-annually, helps in keeping your property in top condition.
