When you book our services, you agree to the scope of the job we discussed. Let us know of any special requests or changes beforehand, so we can adjust accordingly.
Payments should be made once our service is completed. Any additional services or changes made after the initial agreement might come with extra costs. We accept various payment methods, which we'll specify upon booking.
Kindly inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel. Cancellations made later than this might incur a fee to cover our preparation costs.
We expect all interactions between our staff and clients to be respectful and professional. Any form of misconduct can lead to termination of our services without a refund
While we always handle every task with utmost care, in the rare event of accidental property damage, please report it immediately. We'll assess the situation and decide on either a repair or compensation.
